We had a few pre-school friends come over Sunday afternoon, and at the last minute, I couldn't find any solo cups 😫 Instead of making a last minute trip to the store, I realized I had a ton of clean baby/kid bottles that would be fine for this crowd. Hitting profitability goals and saving money is a team sport. 🙋🏻‍♀️👨🏽‍💼 👩🏼‍🦳👨🏻‍⚕️ Anyone who owns a vendor relationship should know their budget and goals 🎯 with that vendor. Unfortunately, I often see a disconnect between the business partner who is making decisions about spend and access to finance budget data. ❌

The best way to get spend alignment with business partners is to provide tools that meet them where they are. Don't make employees be an expert in the company’s procurement tool to be able to communicate information to you. We’ve had our Slack app for quite a while, and we love seeing people use Sudozi’s Slack app to achieve a variety of goals…
